Aaron Bell is a highly experienced professional in the building and property industry. He holds licences as a builder for residential and Class 2 buildings, as well as being a licensed real estate agent and auctioneer.

As the founder and managing director of Samaro Group, he has been instrumental in establishing the company as a significant player in the property market, with a special focus on affordable senior living.

He began his career in property in 2007 when he founded Property Marketing Group, which focused on promoting new homes across greater Sydney and prominent rural towns.

During his 4-year tenure working with builders, Aaron recognized an opportunity to enhance the building industry by offering more comprehensive new home packages and simplifying the cost structure associated with building a new home. He took to the market “Fixed Prices” and “Complete Home Packages” something that was very well received.

Aaron Bell spent a decade at Bluegum Lifestyle Resort, where he honed his passion for providing exceptional living options for seniors. His dedication and support helped many seniors transition to retirement living with ease. Building upon this experience, Aaron went on to establish his own retirement village, driven by his commitment to ensuring the highest quality of life for seniors.

At this point, Aaron decided to re-educate himself and become a Licenced Builder. Embarking on a 3-year journey, this turned into a reality and brings us to where Samaro is today.
