Lee joined Samaro in the capacity of CFO. Being the first to take up this senior role with Samaro, Lee had big shoes to make.

Lee’s professional background encompasses a Bachelor of Business (Accounting) from the University of Western Sydney, and CPA and FCPA accreditations from the Australian Society of Practicing Accountants. Lee also possesses a wealth of practical experience utilizing various accounting/ERP software platforms and PC applications, which highlights his technical proficiency and adaptability in the field of accounting.

As CFO, Lee is responsible for creating and managing the financial plan of Samaro, including budgeting, forecasting, and analysis of financial performance. Identifying and managing financial risks is of the highest priority and Lee achieves this through his very thorough and diligent procedures whilst ensuring that Samaro’s financial statements are accurate, timely, and comply with accounting standards and regulations.

Working closely with the Managing Director and CEO, Lee is responsible for managing the company’s capital structure and funding needs. Lee has ensured that Samaro’s financial operations are efficient, effective, and compliant and that Samaro’s financial performance supports its overall strategic direction.
