Toni Orton

Construction Manager

Tony boasts over 26 years of experience in the construction industry. Tony has successfully managed residential and commercial projects with values up to $65m. Deadline-driven and quality focused are how you would describe Tony. He brings this experience to Samaro to lead the construction team and will be instrumental in the development of the “Samaro Living” brand.

His role is to oversee and manage all aspects of each construction project, from planning and design to execution and completion. Tony ensures that the project is completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards. Tony works with architects and engineers to develop a construction plan and design that meets the client’s requirements and budget.

Achieving project timelines and the overall quality of the completed product is very important to Samaro. Tony ensures this happens by managing the resources needed to complete the project, including personnel, equipment, and materials.

Working closely with our operations manager, Tony ensures that our team and sub-contractors comply with safety regulations and other legal requirements.

Communicating with all stakeholders involved in the project, including the client, architects, engineers, contractors, and subcontractors is something Tony takes very seriously. This ensures that the construction project is completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards, while also ensuring that all stakeholders are kept informed and engaged throughout the project.
