Giselle Hawkings

Operations Manager

Giselle works closely with our CEO to oversee the day-to-day operations of a business, with a focus on ensuring that operations are efficient, effective, and meet organisational goals.

Giselle is a highly regarded member of the executive team and reports directly to the CEO. She will also be focusing on the development of our “Samaro Living” brand.

The building industry is ever-changing and changes in market conditions can sometimes happen very quickly, Giselle identifies these changes and implements processes to improve and make operations more efficient and effective.

Giselle is responsible for managing the resources needed to support operations, including personnel, equipment, and materials. Being in Hospitality for 10 years, Giselle thrives under pressure and always strives to achieve the best outcome for her clients.

Samaro takes Safety very seriously. Giselle works closely with the construction manager to ensure all our team are safe including our external sub-contractors.

Giselle manages the supply chain, including procurement, inventory management, and logistics. A very important role to ensure each project runs on time and meets the quality standards of Samaro.
