Jessica has over 16 years of experience in the property industry. Jess has successfully built and managed large rental portfolios for 2 large-scale real estate agents. When she decided it was time for a change of career, Samaro was very eager to snap her up.

Over the past 2 years, Jess has become an integral part of the Samaro Team. Working on the front line has given Jess a great understanding of how to manage a new home build from beginning to end. Like they say “If you want a job done get women to do it!” Nothing is truer when it comes to what Jess has achieved over the past 2 years. Our client satisfaction rating has escalated and Jess has managed to help senior management implement procedures and policies which with even further the success of Samaro in the future.

On a day-to-day basis, Jess plans, organises, leads, and controls the resources and activities required to deliver a project successfully. She ensures that the project is completed within the defined scope, budget, and timeline while meeting the project’s objectives and clients’ requirements.

Delivering a quality project is at the forefront of Samaro’s mission and Jess certainly ensures her projects meet the defined quality standards. She establishes quality metrics, monitors the quality throughout the project, and takes corrective action when necessary.
